5.  Acknowledge and Submit

Read the text and click Agree or Disagree.  If you choose Disagree, the Submit Application is not available to you.

Click Agree and Submit Application

A dialog box displays the project number and that notification will be approved and made ready for payment.  See below for the e-mail message that directs you to make payment.

If the application is rejected you will get an e-mail like this:
