What happens when I have a permit returned?

Click Returns from the drop-down menu under Permits.  This reveals all of the permits that were returned because of some error in filing.

You can specify how to search for the permit.  The permit applications that were filed and returned display in a table format. The project number, address, category, type, status, and submit date are displayed as headers across the table.

Click the magnifying glass to find out what factors led to rejection.  The Review tab displays comments from the receiving clerk or permit tech.  These comments give the reason why the application was returned.

Click Close to return to the table.

Click the Resubmit button to display the Application screen.  You may edit/correct your permit information there.  Click the Resubmit button to return the permit request.
